Patriots Football Daily: Remaining New England Free Agents
Today marks the official start of the 2024 NFL Calendar Year. At 4 PM ET free agents are allowed to officially sign with teams after the 52-hour legal tampering period comes to an end. There are already several moves involving members of the 2023 New England Patriots. However, there are still plenty of ex-Patriots remaining on the market.
Yesterday the Patriots announced they had signed three of their exclusive rights free agents. The signings of Nathan Rourke and Tyrone Wheatley Jr. were already known. However, decisions on Christian Elliss and Tre Nixon were not known. As expected, New England did retain Elliss, while letting Nixon head to free agency.

There are 13 members of the 2023 New England Patriots still on the free agent market:
DB Kyle Dugger (transition tag)
LB Anfernee Jennings
RB Ezekiel Elliott
LT Trent Brown
DB Myles Bryant
OL Riley Reiff
ST Cody Davis
TE Matt Sokol
CB J.C. Jackson (released)
DL Lawrence Guy (released)
DB Adrian Phillips (released)
ST Chris Board (released)
WR Tre Nixon (non-tendered)
Dugger, Jennings, and Bryant would appear to have the best odds of returning to New England for the 2024 season.
