Elite Prep Prospect
Tetairoa McMillan was born in Hawaii. His family moved to Southern Carlifornia when he was 12. McMillan attended Sevite High School in Anaheim Cal. His teammates included fellow draft prosepect, defensive tackle Mason Graham of Michigan. McMillan was a consensus four-star recruit. Rivals had him ranked as five stars, the top player from California, and the number two wide receiver in the country. ESPN was not as high on McMillan but still gave him four stars. They ranked him as the No. 11 player out of California, No. 19 wide receiver, and No. 149 nationally.
McMillan dominated his senior season. He caught 88 passes for 1,302 yards and 18 touchdowns. The performance earned Tetairoa McMillan the Gatorade California Player of the Year. After committing to play collegiately for Oregon, McMillan flipped his commitment to Arizona.
