PFN’s Dan Kelley Recognized for NFL Draft Analysis

Patriots Football Now head writer Dan Kelley worked countless hours covering the 2024 NFL Draft. This included prospect rankings, draft analysis, and mock drafts. Those efforts have been acknowledged by the people who analyzed the analysts. NFL Mock Draft Database has been tracking the mocks of writers and analysts since 2016. Of the 1,427 drafts they scored in 2024, Kelley tied for No. 23 in their overall rankings.

Dan Kelley was one of only three Boston sports media members to place in the top 100 this year. The others were Mike Kadlick of CLNS (No. 38) and MassLive’s Karen Guregian (tied for No. 65).

Walter Football’s Charlie Campbell took home the No. 1 overall ranking for the second time. Campbell placed first in 2022 as well.

From his X/Twitter account, Kelley acknowledged his high ranking.

“Not too shabby. I was awful close to scoring much higher too,” Kelley posted. “Though I guess there are 1,426 entries who can say the same.”
