Miami Dolphins Enter the Top 10 in Week 2 of the NFL Power Rankings

The Kansas City Chiefs took the top spot in the Week 1 NFL Power Rankings. After defeating the Baltimore Ravens 27-20 in the 2024 NFL Kickoff Game, the defending Super Bowl champions will remain there for at least one more week. Unlike some seasons, there were not a lot of surprise upsets in Week 1. The only teams on last week’s power rankings that beat a higher-ranked team were the Miami Dolphins and New England Patriots.

In addition to the Dolphins and Patriots, other teams making a move up the power rankings include the Vikings, Steelers, Buccaneers, Saints, and Seahawks. On the other end of the spectrum were the Benglas, Falcons, Jets, Colts, and Ravens. Losses had them heading in the wrong direction.
