Patriots Football Daily: Back to Work in Foxboro
Yesterday the New England Patriots got back to work for the first day of voluntary offseason workouts. Although there was no official attendance announced, the unofficial tally had at least 50 Patriots players present. There were likely others as well, who either weren’t seen entering the building or didn’t appear on social media posts.

Several players who finished their 2023 season on injured reserve were in attendance. This included Matthew Judon, Christian Gonzalez, Cole Strange, Kendrick Bourne, and Rhamondre Stevenson. Former Patriots star Dont’a Hightower was also seen entering the facilities in his new role as inside linebackers coach.
Since the workouts are voluntary and no official attendance was announced, no absences will be reported here. That will only change if a player can be confirmed as skipping with a known reason.
Team captain David Andrews stated on the team’s official X account, “Excited to start the season off here strong. We’re looking forward to having a great year. Go Pats.”
