Patriots Daily: Belichick Thanks Fans; Super Bowl 58 Week Begins
Bill Belichick took out a full-page ad in The Boston Globe on Sunday to thank New England Patriots fans. Belichick referred to New England sports fans as the most passionate in America. He called himself blessed for being able to experience it over the past 24 years. He made note of the six Super Bowl parades as being “truly a two-way expression of gratitude and love.”
Belichick also showed off a sense of humor. He wrote, “You may even have enjoyed my fashion sense and press conferences, or maybe you just tolerated them.”
Later in the day, the full ad was also posted to the Instagram account of the Bill Belichick Foundation.
With the NFL head coaching positions all filled for now, the football world awaits Belichick’s next career move.
