New England Patriots Inactive Report for Week 1 against the Philadelphia Eagles. Deshaun Fenwick

New England Patriots have listed their inactive players for Sunday’s game against the Buffalo Bills:

QB Will Grier (emergency quarterback)
WR JuJu Smith-Schuster
WR Kayshon Boutte
LB Josh Uche
OT Calvin Anderson
DE Keion White
QB Malik Cunningham

This list is just as important for who is not listed:

QB Bailey Zappe has returned as the primary backup quarterback for the Patriots.

With OT Calvin Anderson the only offensive lineman, that means questionable players Trent Brown, David Andrews, Mike Onwenu and Cole Strange will all be active today. Anderson being out also indicates he remains behind Vederian Lowe on the depth chart.

WR Demario Douglas also returns to the lineup. With Boutte and Smith-Schuster out, the Patriots will have Douglas, Tyquan Thornton, Kendrick Bourne, DeVante Parker and Jalen Reagor available as wide receivers.

Both Josh Uche and Keion White had been ruled out earlier in the week for the New England Patriots.
